Responsibilities
- Perform the Accounts Payable Specialist role within the Finance team.
- Build financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, and decision-support models.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, treasury, or payroll depending on the role.
- Ensure tax compliance and correct invoicing (CFDI).
- Prepare reports for leadership, investors, and the German headquarters.
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimize cost and capital.
- Take ownership of your area of responsibility and proactively propose improvements.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, or audit depending on the role.
- Advanced Excel and an ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Contpaqi).
- Knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax regulation (NIF, SAT, CFDI).
- Analytical rigor, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
