Responsibilities
- Perform the Billing Specialist role within the Finance team.
- Ensure tax compliance and correct invoicing (CFDI).
- Prepare reports for leadership, investors, and the German headquarters.
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimize cost and capital.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and handle requirements.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close within deadlines.
- Learn and grow with the support of a senior team and well-defined processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, or audit depending on the role.
- Advanced Excel and an ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Contpaqi).
- Knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax regulation (NIF, SAT, CFDI).
- Analytical rigor, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- English is a plus (not a hard requirement).
