Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Sales & Marketing function as a Brand Manager.
- Design and execute results-driven multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Analyze acquisition metrics, CAC, and ROI to optimize spend.
- Partner with the product team to refine the value proposition and messaging.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate go-to-market for new launches and territories.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar).
- Metrics- and results-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to work toward goals.
