Responsibilities
- Perform the Business Development Representative role within the Sales & Marketing team.
- Run discovery calls and product demos with prospects in Spanish and English.
- Manage the pipeline in the CRM and hit quota and conversion targets.
- Design and execute results-driven multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Analyze acquisition metrics, CAC, and ROI to optimize spend.
- Partner with the product team to refine the value proposition and messaging.
- Learn and grow with the support of a senior team and well-defined processes.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar).
- Metrics- and results-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to work toward goals.
