Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Strategic Planning function as a Business Planning Manager.
- Research industry trends and relevant benchmarks for the business.
- Translate strategy into actionable, measurable plans.
- Analyze market, competition, and business performance to inform decisions.
- Build models, scenarios, and business cases that support strategy.
- Support the company's strategic, budget, and objectives (OKR) planning.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Structured, analytical thinking with a results orientation.
- Strong communication and data-storytelling skills.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in strategy, consulting, business intelligence, or corporate development.
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools.
