Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Executive & Enterprise Direction function as a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- Represent the organization with clients, partners, authorities, and HQ.
- Ensure profitability, growth, and sustainability of the business.
- Make high-impact, data-driven decisions in market context.
- Manage risk, compliance, and corporate governance for the area.
- Report performance and plans to global leadership and the board.
- Define the area strategy, manage the budget, and report results to global leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; graduate degree (MBA) a plus.
- Proven track record in director/manager roles with P&L responsibility.
- Strategic vision, team leadership, and a results orientation.
- Experience managing operations, budgets, and senior stakeholders.
- Decisiveness, executive communication, and business judgment.
- English is a plus (not a hard requirement).
