Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Executive & Enterprise Direction function as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Lead the operation and results of the business or unit you own.
- Define and implement strategy, objectives, and budget.
- Lead, develop, and align teams toward common goals.
- Represent the organization with clients, partners, authorities, and HQ.
- Ensure profitability, growth, and sustainability of the business.
- Define the area strategy, manage the budget, and report results to global leadership.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Strategic vision, team leadership, and a results orientation.
- Experience managing operations, budgets, and senior stakeholders.
- Decisiveness, executive communication, and business judgment.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; graduate degree (MBA) a plus.
- Proven track record in director/manager roles with P&L responsibility.
