Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Strategic Planning function as a Chief of Staff.
- Build models, scenarios, and business cases that support strategy.
- Support the company's strategic, budget, and objectives (OKR) planning.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and new lines of business.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects across teams.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and overseas HQ.
- Define the area strategy, manage the budget, and report results to global leadership.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in strategy, consulting, business intelligence, or corporate development.
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools.
- Structured, analytical thinking with a results orientation.
- Strong communication and data-storytelling skills.
