Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Sustainability & CSR function as a Corporate Affairs Manager.
- Manage stakeholder relations and communicate progress.
- Track emissions-reduction and resource-consumption goals.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility across the company.
- Develop and implement the organization's sustainability and CSR strategy.
- Measure, analyze, and report ESG (environmental, social, governance) indicators.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, ESRS, TCFD).
- Data handling, Excel, and sustainability-reporting tools.
- Commitment, systems thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in ESG, CSR, corporate affairs, or environmental compliance depending on the role.
- English is a plus (not a hard requirement).
