Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Operations & Supply Chain function as a Director of Supply Chain.
- Run and improve day-to-day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Analyze operational data to spot bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure continuity.
- Plan and track projects with controlled scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and demand planning as applicable.
- Define the area strategy, manage the budget, and report results to global leadership.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or project management.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics or ERP tools.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a process orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
