Responsibilities
- Perform the Ethics & Conduct Specialist role within the Board & Governance team.
- Coordinate board sessions, minutes, agendas, and follow-up on resolutions.
- Manage the relationship and information flow to shareholders and investors.
- Oversee regulatory, ethical, and risk compliance at the enterprise level.
- Coordinate internal audit and reporting to the board and HQ.
- Keep governance, conduct, and internal-control policies up to date.
- Take ownership of your area of responsibility and proactively propose improvements.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Ability to coordinate senior-level stakeholders.
- Degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field; graduate degree a plus.
- Experience in corporate governance, corporate secretary, audit, or investor relations.
- Knowledge of regulation, corporate governance, and international best practices.
- Rigor, discretion, integrity, and excellent writing.
