Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Sustainability & CSR function as a Head of Corporate Affairs & ESG.
- Measure, analyze, and report ESG (environmental, social, governance) indicators.
- Prepare sustainability reports aligned with international frameworks (GRI, SASB, ESRS).
- Coordinate environmental, social, and community impact initiatives.
- Support environmental compliance and corporate commitments.
- Partner with procurement, operations, and HQ to embed ESG criteria.
- Define the area strategy, manage the budget, and report results to global leadership.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in ESG, CSR, corporate affairs, or environmental compliance depending on the role.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, ESRS, TCFD).
- Data handling, Excel, and sustainability-reporting tools.
- Commitment, systems thinking, and strong communication skills.
