Responsibilities
- Perform the Inventory Planner role within the Operations & Supply Chain team.
- Build operational reports and KPIs for decision-making.
- Resolve disputes, chargebacks, or incidents within defined timeframes.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train the team.
- Run and improve day-to-day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Analyze operational data to spot bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Take ownership of your area of responsibility and proactively propose improvements.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or project management.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics or ERP tools.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a process orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
