Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Sales & Marketing function as a Performance Marketing Manager.
- Build reports and dashboards for commercial leadership.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on commercial opportunities (inbound and outbound).
- Run discovery calls and product demos with prospects in Spanish and English.
- Manage the pipeline in the CRM and hit quota and conversion targets.
- Design and execute results-driven multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar).
- Metrics- and results-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to work toward goals.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
