Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Governance, Risk & Compliance function as a Senior Risk Analyst.
- Advise business teams on legal and regulatory obligations.
- Support internal/external audits and remediation plans.
- Safeguard personal data protection and privacy.
- Champion a culture of control and compliance across the organization.
- Execute compliance, AML, KYC, and fraud-prevention controls in line with regulation.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- Certifications (CAMS, CISA, CRISC) are a plus depending on the role.
- Experience in compliance, risk, AML, fraud, legal, or audit depending on the role.
- Knowledge of Mexican financial regulation and international standards.
- Attention to detail, analytical judgment, and integrity.
- Familiarity with monitoring, GRC, or data-analysis tools.
