Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Product & Service function as a Senior UX Designer.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses.
- Measure feature performance and iterate based on metrics.
- Document product and technical decisions for the whole team.
- Ensure quality through automated testing and solid engineering practices.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on data, research, and business goals.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Professional Spanish and English (written and spoken): required for this role.
- A portfolio or projects that demonstrate your impact (where applicable).
- Experience in product development, design, or software engineering depending on the role.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Figma.
- Analytical thinking and a problem-solving orientation.
