Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Human Capital function as a HR Manager.
- Improve HR processes through automation and best practices.
- Attract, assess, and hire talent aligned with the role profile and company culture.
- Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance, and retention.
- Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions.
- Design and run training and talent-development programs.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Empathy, confidentiality, and a people- and results-oriented mindset.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Experience in recruiting, people operations, compensation, or development depending on the role.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor regulation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Hands-on with HRIS/ATS (Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.) and Excel.
