Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Human Capital function as a HR Operations Lead.
- Design and run training and talent-development programs.
- Advise leaders and employees on people topics and labor relations.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Drive culture, engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Report people metrics (turnover, headcount, engagement) to leadership and HQ.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Experience in recruiting, people operations, compensation, or development depending on the role.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor regulation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Hands-on with HRIS/ATS (Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.) and Excel.
- Empathy, confidentiality, and a people- and results-oriented mindset.
- English is a plus (not a hard requirement).
