Talentosy's privacy notice: how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in accordance with Mexican data protection law.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Talentosy ("Talentosy", "we"), operating in Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). For any question about this notice, contact us at info@talentosy.com.
We may collect identification and contact data (name, email, phone), professional and academic data (résumé, experience, education, skills, salary and work-mode expectations), and browsing data (via cookies and similar technologies).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please avoid including sensitive information in your résumé unless strictly necessary.
Primary purposes: manage your registration in our talent network, assess your profile, present you to companies within recruitment processes, and contact you about opportunities matching your profile.
Secondary purposes: send you alerts and communications about new opportunities, and perform statistical analysis to improve our services. You may object to these purposes at any time.
To connect you with job opportunities, we may share your data with client companies interested in your profile within a recruitment process. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those described here.
We also rely on technology service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions (site hosting, analytics, advertising and commercial tooling), some of them located outside Mexico, mainly in the United States. Such transfers are carried out under the cases provided for in the LFPDPPP, and we require these providers to maintain security and confidentiality measures equivalent to our own. Analytics and advertising providers are listed in section 6.
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email info@talentosy.com stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure usage and assess the effectiveness of our advertising. Some of these technologies are operated by third parties acting as processors or as controllers of their own processing.
Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) and PostHog (PostHog Inc.) to understand how the site is navigated, which content and job openings are of interest, and to detect errors. These tools record data such as pages visited, time on page, device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Advertising and campaign measurement: we use Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure conversions and display Talentosy ads across Google platforms. This may involve advertising identifiers associated with your browser.
Corporate visitor identification: on our pages aimed at companies we use Apollo.io (Apollo.io, Inc.), a tool that, based on your IP address and browsing data, may infer the organization you are visiting us from for B2B commercial purposes. This technology is not intended to identify individual candidates, and the data it generates is processed for the same purposes and under the same safeguards described in this notice.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing mode, or rely on each provider's opt-out mechanisms (for example, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on). Disabling them may affect some site features. You may also object to this processing by writing to info@talentosy.com.
We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date.
